Covid-19 UPdate

To all of our wonderful customers and friends,

We wanted to address the current situation and answer any questions regarding its impact on our services.

Currently, our orders are still being processed, shipped as quickly as possible and we're working really hard to ensure this stays the same. We have been dropping orders to be shipped twice a week so as to lessen exposure for ourselves and Royal Mail staff.

 

In terms of shipping times, we have noticed that some international orders are taking longer and this will vary on a case to case basis. So if you're placing an order just have patience with those involved in its delivery! We'll be here as always to help with any issues.

 

As a small business, we anxious as to how this will develop in the future for us but for now we're putting these measures in place to ensure the safety for our staff, customers and company;

1. Our office/storage is being cleaned and maintained regularly and we are taking all precautions to ensure the very best hygiene.

2. We will be flexible in receiving returns/exchanges older than 30 days for store credit. Any orders that get returned for refunds or orders that have an address error on the customer's end will receive store credit.

3. No events will be held/attended until advised otherwise by the UK government.
