shipping and returns
If you would like to return your order for a different size, refund or alternative item then
1. Click here and print this form and fill it out. (If you do not have access to a printer you can write the details on a separate sheet)
2. Place the form with the items your returning and send it to the address provided - we cannot offer free returns at this time so return postage must be paid for.
3. Once we receive the items we will process the exchange/return requested and you will receive an email with a confirmation.

Haven't received your order?
If you haven't received your order 7 working days (Mon-Fri) after you receive your shipping confirmation email then please contact us.
Please use the tracking link provided to you and make sure to click 'continue tracking' to ensure you have local and accurate updates.
We do not have any more information than what is shown on the tracking site and often they will require you to contact them directly to arrange redelivery if they couldn't deliver.
If your tracking number is not working or your order has not arrived within 12 working days contact us.
All UK orders are shipped second class with Royal Mail and should arrive to you within 3-5 working days after a shipping confirmation is received. Please be aware that it may take a couple of days for us to process your order before it is shipped.
If your order is not received 7 working days after the shipping confirmation is sent, please get in touch and we will look into this for you. Please first check that your order has not been attempted or left with a neighbor.
International shipping is calculated based on weight and this is sent tracked so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.
If there are any problems that show up on your tracking site then please contact the delivery service before you contact us. There is a 'continue tracking' button located on the Royal Mail site when you're looking at your order, please click this to see more details on where your order is.
If the order is returned to us because it was not collected or the address you provided was incorrect, you will be required to pay return postage.
During busy periods, such as holidays and sales please be patient, as it may take a few extra days for us to process your order, there are only two of us!
Check that your address and postcode are correct before ordering, if an error is made by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be required.
We work very hard to make sure each package is wrapped with care, arrives to you safely and promptly. If this is not the case we will do everything we can to correct this and we appreciate your patience.
